Life seems very uncertain amidst the downturn of the global economy. Those close in proximity often bow to the heat of the current circumstances ravaging our society, a jolly masquerade, cloaking depression.
The temptations to equally succumb, sang forte. But after critical examination, the artist within refused to yield.

Creative instincts began to chant. Fortissimo. The subconscious was reawaken.
From the thick cloud of vagueness, fell the keys to the getaway car. To paint the poignant pictures of the personal past. To frame and fertilise the most freeing fantasies.
As my canvases spread out, stretched, ways out of ones circumstances revealed themselves in blue skies. Each painting, a memorial of a happy past or a prophecy of a greater tomorrow. Leaping with hope, avoiding suppression and depression.
